Search and Ask your docs run in the browser. There is no account and no upload of vault content — medical records, contracts, and personal data stay in the folder on your disk.
Ask about a lab report, a clause, or a personal document and jump to the exact passage that supports each claim. Grounded replies keep a trail back to your confidential files.
Documents are .md (and the PDFs, CSVs, or TXT files you drop in). Export and import are backups; day to day, the linked folder is yours alone — no lock-in.
Patients and professionals who need lab results, clinical reports, and histories searchable without sending them to a cloud chatbot.
Anyone holding pleadings, agreements, or case files that must stay on a machine they control — not in a third-party model’s context window.
Identity documents, private correspondence, tax papers, and family archives that are nobody else’s business.
Unpublished papers, interviews, and work-in-progress that should not train or leak into someone else’s AI.
Embeddings, retrieval, and on-device chat stay in the tab. Medical histories, personal data, and private papers never become someone else’s training set.
Same privacy on every plan — nothing is uploaded. On a desktop computer, Free is enough to try Ask your docs on confidential files; Pro removes the document cap with a one-time license.

Cloud chats send your prompts — and often your files — to a remote model. LoveMyDocs runs search and Ask your docs in the browser on your computer. Your medical PDFs, contracts, and documents are not uploaded to our servers, and there is no account that syncs a vault.
In the folder you link on disk (Markdown, PDF, CSV, TXT). The search index is a rebuildable cache in the browser. Day to day, the linked folder is the source of truth — not a cloud drive we operate.
Ask your docs returns grounded answers with citations. You can jump to the exact passage in a report or contract that supports each claim — essential when the file is confidential and accuracy matters.
Privacy is the same: nothing is uploaded on either plan. Free caps how many documents you can index (Ask your docs stays unlimited). Pro removes the document limit with a one-time license — no subscription.
